MEET BILL
AN EARLY RISER
It's 5:30 AM and Bill is up making coffee, checking his e-mail, scheduled appointments and work tasks for the day. Next, he's reading the morning paper on the Internet (no longer subscribe-gone modern). Bill is an avid paper reader and watcher of local and national newscasts on TV. By 7:30, breakfast is finished, paper read, news watched...and Bill is ready to go!

With more than 38 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bill has gained a well deserved reputation. At one time, Bill and his wife Lois, owned and managed 4 real estate offices with many agents, selling millions of dollars of real estate. Since 1986, Bill and Lois have owned a property management company. Bill was a North Carolina licensed appraiser for years, but recently retired from that profession. Lois continues to operate the property management company.
Needless to say...Bill knows the real estate market!
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
For over 38 years, Bill has been involved in many community affairs. He served on the Kernersville Planning Board for 7 years. He was an active member of the Kernersville Civitan Club for 22 years. You could have found Bill coaching and sponsoring Little League baseball for several years. He has also sponsored a soccer team in the KSA, supports the Little Theater, and several other Triad charities.
CHURCH INVOLVEMENT
Bill and Lois are active members of Christ Wesleyan Church in Winston-Salem. Bill has taught Sunday School and served on the Church Board and other special committees over the years. Presently, Bill and Lois are working in the Senior Citizens Joy Group of the church. Bill and Lois have cooked for many various functions that go on in the Church.
Bill's Christian faith is a major factor in his life. He attends the church's Promise Keeper's Bible Study and Prayer Meetings every Monday night.
HOBBIES AND SPECIAL INTERESTS
Bill and Lois are very active in Garden Railroading and belong to the Piedmont Garden Railroader's Club of North and South Carolina. They have a garden railroad with tunnels, bridges, trestles, buildings,etc. in their backyard and many people come to see their layout.
Other passions include flower and vegetable gardening, landscaping and belonging to a local daylily club. They regularly attend their older granddaughter's soccer games and cross country running events, plus watch their 2 year old granddaughter take gymnastics.
